• Tamar Schanfeld will moderate the meeting, and Jil MacMenamin will moderate Tamar.
• We'll talk about training clients:
  • Training clients on site and remotely - tools and techniques
  • Creating documentation for clients
  • Handing over sites to clients who do not want continued paid support and explaining what steps they need to take for maintenance and upgrades
  • Barrie North will talk for 15-20 min on how training is done for SimplWeb clients.
  We shall have healthy and unhealthy snacks. Snack people, you know who you are.
